Bridget Fairbanks joined the HBA family in 2015 and holds the position of event services administrator. In this role, Bridget works with the chapters and affiliates to set up networking and educational events on the HBA website. She also works a great deal in customer service aiding in technical support questions, cancellations and refunds and general customer service questions.

Bridget is new to nonprofit associations but has worked for over nine years in the healthcare industry serving in many roles from secretary, scheduling manager and administrative assistant.
