Nancy White joined the HBA team in early 2017 and serves as director of marketing, communications and digital strategy. In this role, Nancy leads the “bold brand” initiative and spearheads HBA’s multi-faceted PR and communications strategy. She also helps guide the day to day marketing activities and communication tactics across the HBA and its chapters working with the marketing staff; and oversees successful delivery of our HBAddsValue and HBAdvantage publications.
Nancy brings significant public relations and marketing expertise to HBA in addition to social media, media relations strategy and communications skills. She has worked in similar roles during her 25 year career with other national associations and their affiliated chapters including the American Institute of Architects, the American Automobile Association (AAA) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). A native of Michigan, Nancy earned her bachelor’s of arts in English from Wayne State University.
